Remembering Jackie on this day. You really do not know how fast a year can go until something like this comes up. Any way. I know you have been having a ball with all of your family. We all sure do miss you here.

My sincere condolences to my friend and neighbor's family and loved ones. I just found out today as I am in the Iraqi desert without any phone service. I will never forget how many times (every time I spoke with him) that Jackie offered to help me do anything that I might need next door. God Bless a fine man and his family.

Uncle Jackie. I know you are in a far better place. You are with the rest of the Gilbert clan in a massive family reunion.
I want to ask you to forgive me for not coming and working out with you. I should have taken the time to get to know the person who my Granny Flossie thought so much of. Along with Uncle George. I love you.

Mary Evelyn, I just now saw in the obit section of New Sentinel where you lost Jack to his heavenly home. Freddie told me he was in bad shape.
