Jackie Lockhart

Jackie Jean Lockhart was the bright sunshine in our family. She was the calm in our lives. Jackie was always the voice of reason. I will forever miss my sweet girl for all that she was and all the joy she brought to our large family. Forever my Angel. I love you to the moon and back!

Jackie and I were best friends in elementary 1st threw 5th grade. I stayed down the street, and we played every day after school. We had sleepovers went to church together, and we were in the same class almost every year. Even though we lost touch, we still followed each other on social media. She had a beautiful soul.

I had the opportunity to meet Jackie, one year at Cokesbury’s Super Sale, where I volunteered with her grandparents, Gloria and Ralph. Jackie had a beautiful smile and I felt like I had known her forever. May she dance with the angels and sit at Jesus’ feet. Rest well, sweet friend.
