Not sure what to say?

My name is Kat and I was one of the RNs at UWMC who had the privilege of meeting Jackie and family during her stay on 5E. Though my interactions with you all were few, the abundant love I witnessed between you was a testimony to the wonderful person Jackie was. My prayers are with you all.

Al and Peggy, Jackie's life was full of love, family, wonder, fun, giving, swimming, bringing joy, enduring suffering, and making a difference every day in the lives she touched with her ready smile, kind words, skilled hands and big heart. Thank you both for allowing Jackie the freedom and giving her the confidence and courage to grow into such a special woman of both delightful simplicity and great depth of character. Her life was a gift to us all. We share in your tremendous pride in...

I met Jackie as an family medicine intern in 2006. She was so patient and helpful to new residents of the hospital, always kind and fun to work with. She'll be dearly missed.

I was oriented to the night shift nursing duties by Jackie. She left a permanent impression on me by her kindness, support and orgaizational skills. I duplicate her example when I train new people, but I cannot duplicate the smile!

I used to live up the hill and I used to drive Hailey around a little bit in high school. I was saddened to hear about Jackie and I wanted to send you my deepest condolences. I didn’t know her very well and haven’t seen Hailey in very long time, but I remember how nice your family was and I just wanted to let you know that you folks are in my prayers. Take care and God bless, during this time and always.

To the Nance Family.
My heartfelt condolences go out to you during this most difficult time.

I was a friend of Jackie's from college. I lived in her dorm freshman year at EC, and we were friends with many of the same people. I will always remember her as a happy, fun, and positive person. She was truly one of a kind- a non-judgemental person who accepts people for exactly what they are. I was terribly sad to learn of her passing, but I can only hope that she has gone on to bigger and better things.

i loved to work with jackie she was always willing to help even if it was not her job. she was always smiling and happy
