"Because You Have Lived"

To laugh often and much.
To win the respect of intelligent people, and
the affection of children.

To earn the appreciation of honest critics.
To appreciate beauty.
To find the best in others.

To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child,
or a garden patch.

To know even one life has breathed easier because you
have lived.

This is to have succeeded.

By Ralph Waldo...

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time of great sadness. We remember Jackie with great fondness. Wherever a beautiful soul has been, there is a trail of beautiful memories. God bless you all. Love, Aunt Dot, Debbie, & Kathy.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

May peace be with you and your families, now and the days ahead.
Sending our love and heartfelt sympathies.
