Not a day goes by without my Mom passing through my thoughts and heart. I hear her voice and see her face. I treasure the memories not only those as a child but so many as an adult, our trips together, the long phone conversations, the letters, the laughter. Jason also misses his Grandma and we speak of you often. I am grateful for the special relationship we both had with my Mom, even though we were so far away, we were so close. Nothing or no one will ever change that.

Mom was right I didn't grow up until I turned 40 . Who knew she was so wise as well penny wise , it made me 10 feet tall when she said to me one day in the driveway that through all of my messed up life's ups and downs she was proud of the person I became ! A moment I'll always keep miss you mom see you in the next.

I will miss my mom so much. No more daily calls to say "Hola" or "Buenas noches" I am grateful to have spent so much time with her in the last year.
I don't expect I will ever hear the phrases like: "Gitter done" and "I slept since then"
She taught me to be strong. Never have I seen such courage as i watched her over the last 12 months. Now it is time to rest in God's love. The middle daugther that loved her so, Jody
