Jackie Starkey QUITAQUE – Services for Jackie Starkey, 85, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Flomot. Burial will follow in Flomot Cemetery under the direction of Moore Rose Funeral Home of Quitaque. Mr. Starkey died Wednesday, April 4, 2012, in Flomot.
