To Joan and entire family I offer sincere sympathy, prayers and thoughts.
I have lost a childhood hero who was simply the best amateur golfer I have ever seen. Having been around golf all my life, he was someone we all could try to emulate. He won practically every amateur golf tournament in North Central Florida and then some. He could have been a great pro but returned to Lake City and was a great businessman and citizen. Now 66, I still try to do some of the things he taught me. ...

Dear Joan and family,
Please know that we share your grief and sadness in saying goodbye to Jack. Our prayer is that you are comforted in knowing that Jack is at peace in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus. Jack was a friend for over 70 years. We shared many good times together and never tired of recounting them when we could get together. He was certainly one of the best.
