Dear Rich, Rick, and your entire family,

I was very saddened to hear of Jackie's passing. I am so sorry for your loss and you have my deepest sympathies.

The tears of grief from loss will fade
but the heartache may never fully disappear,
So cherish your memories

As they will bring to you an inner smile
at even the most unexpected moments.
