God has taken Jake home, where pain and sickness is no more. And where he can prepare for the day of reuniting with you, his family. You have a special Guardian Angel watching down on you from above. Find comfort in knowing this, and in the gift of special memories created throughout Jake's earthly journey. It is not the end, it is only a distance and one day your journey will lead you directly to him where new life will be joyous and peaceful for all! God be with all of you. Love and Prayers, Terri Sullivan
