Jacob Behm Obituary
WASHINGTON - Jacob R. Behm Sr., 34, formerly of Washington, passed away in his home on the evening of Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016.
Jacob was born on Sept. 29, 1981, to Matthew Taylor and Lisa Collins in Peoria.
Jacob was a Class of '99 graduate from Washington High.
Surviving Jacob are his parents; grandparents, Vernon and Virginia Mills; sister, Kaylee Collins; brother, Travis Collins; his children, Jacob Jr. (12), Makayla (11) and Colton (6); and the Love of his Life, Patricia Behm.
There will be a visitation today, Feb. 12, from 5 to 7 p.m., and a service following at 7 p.m. at Schmidt-Haller Burial and Cremation Services. Cremation will be accorded after the services.
Memorials can be made to Jacob's children by reaching out to the family.

Patricia, I can remember back to my 16th Birthday when Jake asked you to be his girlfriend over the karaoke machine. He was so nervous! All of the memories we all shared from high school will never be forgotten! I am so sorry to hear of his passing and I hope that you and your children can find comfort in peace.
