Jake was a teenage who would actually have a conversation with you! I always enjoyed when he came to clinic. He was courageous....and I will miss him.

Jake was a true inspiration to all he met. He demostrated courage and survival to those who knew him and those of us who watched him from afar. The family has been strong throughout Jake's brave fight. Jake and the family has taught all of us, from parents, to elementary strudents who did not know him personally but who love his Dad as a wonderful teacher, to his high school peers and friends, more than we could ever learn in the classroom.
