Not sure what to say?

Although it's been almost 5 months since this world was blessed with your existence, I continue to think of you often. I feel very lucky to have had the chance in crossing paths with you on more then one occasion. One of my all time favorite memories is one that includes you as a main source of it's being entirely and I couldn't be more proud to say you're my friend. I really miss you dude.

My name is Vicki Heard Lawrence & and I am April Heard's Mom. April & Jacob (Possum) were the best of friends and loved each other unconditionally. I, too, loved Jacob deeply. His smile, his music, the funny things he did and most of all his passion for what he believed in. My heart is Broken that he is gone. What a tremendous loss for so many. To his family, I'd like to say--God Bless you all and hold you in His sheltering arms. Father, give this family peace, strength and comfort as...

I send Heartfelt Love and Respect to you Jacob, your family and circle. My Heart bleeds and always will as you have touched my Soul forever. My dearest friend, Sheryl Goodwin, posted this on C-2 which I only opened last evening. I've cried from my Heart and eyes as I haven't found words even close to adequate, to speak of the impact you have imprinted in my Heart, as well as countless innocents.
I don't know if my words are even worthy, as I sign this tribute to your life.

Just yesterday, Jacob was on the stage in the UArk Union telling an auditorium full of supporters about his incredible idea for a bike ride for peace. Today, not even a month has gone by since he left us to carry on that good work--and already, he's too long gone. He had a great heart and kind soul. Sending thoughts of peace to Jordan and Robin and all who love Jacob.

With the greatest respect, from a Grandma in Omaha. Jacob gave so much. I hope he has found peace.

All of us who knew Jacob, however lightly, however deeply, knew greatness.

Jay was a light in the darkness, a very unique talented young man that lived what moved him, he is missed and sympathies and prayers go out to all his family, may God bless, bring peace, and heal...

Warm thoughts to the George family from the O'Connor family in Denver Colorado. I never knew Jacob but his story has touched me deeply. The world needs more truth tellers such as himself. I wish I had the opportunity of knowing him myself. May the memory of Jacob help you find peace.

I never knew you personally Jacob yet I've shed tears. I just came across you on the internet and it pains me you are no longer with us.

I was so moved that I posted Jacob's story on Care2 so others might know of him. Can be found on the website of Care2 engine search The Human Cost of War Jacob David George. I would of left the link, not sure if it was allowed.

As a Mother myself, of a son in the army, my heart is with the family and friends of a truly gifted and...
