Jacob passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2017. Jacob was a resident of Minnesota. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday June 3 2017 at 11 a.m. at West Pointe Church located at 9090 State Highway 12 E. Delano. Gathering of family and friends will take place from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday at church.
