Always remember his infectious laugh, crazy jokes, the good times you have had individually & as a family. I was fortunate enough to spend my middle & high school years in homeroom with Jacob & enjoy his carismic smile. He will be missed.

My sincerest condolences to the Gravelle family. I have very fond memories of Jake from when we were kids -- we were biddy league basketball teammates in the Leominster Rec League, and I remember his great sense of humor.

I am very sad to hear of Jacob's passing. I had seen him many occasions when he came over to visit my brother Jeff. He was always a warm and compassionate person. I will miss him. My brother will miss him more than words can say. May you have the strengh to find peace in your heart at this difficult time.
