Not sure what to say?

Rev. Hasper was a great influence in my life! I lost my Dad when I was 2 so Rev. Hasper was a father figure for me. It was under his great preaching that I accepted Jesus as my Lord & Savior. Rev. Hasper also made it possible for me to go on the S.W.IM. team even though my birthday fell about 2 weeks short. Rev. Hasper also officiated at our wedding & baptized our first daughter! I will be ever grateful for his influence in my life. My prayers are for his family that God will continue to give...

Praying for God's peace and love to fill your emptiness. I fondly remember Rev. Hasper. He baptized me at Godwin Gospel Chapel in Wyoming ,Mi. Because of him and all those at Seymour, I was saved, went on to college at RBI, now live with my family in WV and have used what I learned at church to witness for Christ in many teaching classes at church and with my family and others. Thank the Lord for Christian examples in our lives like Rev. Hasper

To the Hasper Family,
I just read about your father. It brings back many fond memories of going to school in Seymour Church--with Mary(3rd grade).I visited catechism a couple of times with friends since I went to Bethel across town.I remember going to your house a few times.(we were in a club:) I also got to play the organ for a wedding a couple of years ago and we had a tornado warning at the end-so we all had to go down the basement.Your mom and dad were always very kind to me.Your dad...

I remembered Rev. Hasper from Midland Park church when I was a girl and was happy to make his reacquaintence over the last seven years at Grace CRC in Grand Rapids where he regularly attended with his daughters. He loved to tell a good story and reminisce about his days of pastoring. Our sympathies go out to his family. May you take comfort in the memories his long and faithful life in service to the Lord.

Your dad, mom and your whole family have always been special to me. I was sorry to hear of his death but know he's home with our Lord. He was my second dad while I lived in California and, if you remember, married Oscar and me. Carol, Dave, Ruth and Mary, you have our prayers and sympathy.

Rev. Hasper played an important role in my life. Through his preaching, I accepted Christ as my Savior. He officiated at my husband & my wedding & he also baptized our first daughter. I have many fond memories of his time at Midland Park CRC. One memory in particular was the time I went deep sea fishing with him, 2 of my uncles & a cousin. We all got sea sick. Our motto was "hasten Jason, bring the basin". He had a wonderful sense of humor & was a warm & caring pastor. I want to,...

Rev. Hasper had a great influence on me as a teenager when he was at Midland Park Church. It was nice to renew our friendship with visits at the Holland Home where we told each other fish stories among other things. My sympathy to the family. I will miss him.

Rev Hasper played a significant role in our lives. He married us and provided the spiritual guidance I needed as a teenager in Seymour CRC. We thank God for his ministry and willing service to our family.
