Jacob was born on December 28, 1980 and passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018. Jacob was a resident of Erie, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
