Jacob Tyler Hutton, 28 of West Chester, passed away peacefully after a hard-fought battle with cancer.  Born to J.B. and Paula (nee Farmer) Hutton on June 14, 1993, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

I'm so sorry to hear about Jake. He was a great young man and I always enjoyed seeing him around the pool, in the scout troop, and eventually as an adult here and there.
I remember when we participated in a scout marathon and the troop didn't really have a chance, however, on the biking portion of the event Jake dusted everyone.
My sincerest condolences to the Hutton clan, especially his parents and his sisters.

Paula, JB, Kristi, Jessie and the rest of the Hutton family - Thinking of you all and hope you are hanging in there. It may look like all I wanted to do was hang out with Kristi without pesky little brother Jake around in this photo, but in reality he always made everything even more fun as a trio. He will be so, so missed by all. What an awesome guy - from a goofy kid all the way to the man he has become.

I am so sorry to hear this. He was always so sweet when we would see him at Hycrest or in the neighborhood. My prayers are going up to the Hutton family.

Jake didn't have to be my friend growing up. We had so little in common and his mom just babysat me after school for a number of years. But he did anyway, he taught me to push myself outside of my comfort zone as a child and to do things that frankly wasn't good at. Even when I failed he was always right there bright and happy as could be which always made it ok. Although we never really stayed in touch, I will always remember learning the importance of challenging oneself. The Hutton...
