I was shocked to find out about jacobs death. I spent some time with him last summer at the "knolls". He seemed like such a bright, intelegent, kind and caring person. I wish you the best in these trying times.

I just learned of Jake's passing and have been saddened to hear that such a wonderful person left this earth too soon. My heart and prayers goes out to his family and friends. I will ALWAYS remember the amazing bombs Jake hit in Pleasant Hill with an Orange crush. He's a great teammate that always gave 110% on the field. Everytime we played I could see and feel his intense passion for the game. Jake will be GREATLY missed.
