Not sure what to say?

Jake was one of my really good friends. I miss him everyday. We weren't able to see each other much but I still count him as my best friend. I'm sorry Jeff Julie and Leslie. -Zack Post Ken and Steph'she son

Jake you my son Justin played rec baseball for most of your school days. I will always remember you as a great player.

I am so sorry for your loss. I am very glad I was able to know Jacob. I thought not too long ago that he beat this thing after a very long and brave battle. But God decided he needed another angel in heaven and chosen Jake. My thoughts and prayers go to the family to help you through this most difficult time. I love you all.

I am so very sorry to hear of Jakes passing. My whole heart goes out to your entire famy at this really hard time. I will keep you all in my prayers and hope you find peace and comfort.

My heart breaks with yours.

We are so sorry to hear of Jake's passing. We know what a great friend he was to our little brother Marcus. Our prayers are with you for peace and comfort. Pam & Shane Bennin

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

My prayers are with you.

Even though you struggled, you made sure you kept a smile. You made sure everyone else smiled too. And for that, we will never forget to smile for you. Not because you are gone, but because you are truly home. You don't have to struggle to smile, or feel good. You are now an angel watching over us.
