Read MoreI am so sorry to hear of Jacob's passing. I had hoped that his illness had been diagnosed and that he had recovered. Jacob was one of my high school students. I remember him for his genuine kindness and honesty. My thoughts are with his wife, little ones, and the rest of his family. A good man is gone far too soon.

Sending love, hugs and prayers to all. Jake fought long and hard. God needed another angel so he called him home. He is free from his body and is now your guardian angel. Whenever I see the moon, I think of him. We love you all and are right here if you need us. Remember Brooke I give the best hugs. I always have them ready.
