I can never hear Fleetwood Mac without thinking of Jake. His mellifluous voice and kindness still resonate. Be at peace, Jake.

Our lives continue and change, but your legacy remains as does the memory of your guidance and friendship. You are missed.

You are still in my thoughts all these years later, for all the wonderful things you did for my wife and mother. You were a wonderful physician and I hope you are enjoying all the rewards you deserve in heaven.

You are still as bright a light in my memories as you were in my life.
