I can not imagine how you guys feel right now. All I know is that he is in a better place and with his sister and cousins in baby heaven where all their great aunts, uncles and grandparents are taking care of them.

Chris and Rachel and children. We are sad that Jacob has gone to be with Jesus, but we also know that the angels have charge over him. I am sorry we could not be there, but you are all in our prayers. We send love....
