I am so sorry to hear this. I know its been a lifetime, but I have never forgotten Jacob or the rest of the family. I pray he is at peace and those of us left behind will be able to find some of our own as well.

However, it has been years since we have actually talked or hung out you made a forever impression on me!! I will never forget the fun times and laughter that we shared together. To know you has truly been a blessing. To the family of Jacob, may God be with you in this difficult time and know that he is in heaven along with one of God's most precious angels, my sister.
