Jacob Moore passed away on July 4, 2025 at the age of 13 in Lafayette, Georgia. Funeral Home Services for Jacob are being provided by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home. The obituary was featured in The Catoosa County News/Walker County Messenger on July 16, 2025.
I am so sorry to hear of Jacob`s passing. I was the Cafeteria manager at his elementary school. He came so far in his time at Chattanooga Valley Elementary. We were so proud of all his accomplishments. He was such a sweet young man. Please know how very sorry I am for your loss.
