Deepest sympathy goes to Jake's family. We are so sorry for your loss. My son Josh (weir) and Jake were very close. Josh is deeply saddened. He is unable to be there but wants the family to know they are in his thoughts and prayers. Jake will be missed by our family and all that has ever known him. We love you and will miss you sweety!!!!
