Jacob was born on June 22, 1998 and passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2016. Jacob was a resident of LaPorte, Indiana at the time of his passing. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday July 11 2016 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Jeff Zigler officiating. A time of visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday July 11 2016 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in care of Tracy R. Richardson.
