I remember Jacob fondly as my student at St Pius. Please know that you are in our prayers and thoughts.

Dearest Ginny, John, Emily (Jake) and family. When I learned from Maggie of Jake's passing I was devastated. We have so many memories of Jake & Maggie from Band, concession stand and ball games at Stritch. Jake will be deeply missed by all of his friends in the arts community. My condolences to his family and those closest to him.

Had the opportunity to play music with Jake several times. It was always such a pleasure to hear him sing and play. Very sad to hear this.
