i miss my buddy big jake, never a dull moment with my friend.

I never met Jacob, but I want you to know that I think about him every night before I go to bed and every morning when I wake up. My heart hurts for your family..

Jake;
In your life you touched so many.
In your death many lives were changed.
You were an amazing young man.
Without you here, our lives will never be the same.
We miss you more than words could ever say.
Even more with each and every passing day.
We just hold onto the memories that we made and
All the promises God so graciously gave.
Resting assured when Jesus comes there will be no more sadness,
No more goodbyes, just life together...

We are so very sorry to learn of Jacob's passing. The entire Rathbun family is in our thoughts and prayers during this time of sadness. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy.

Young man! I remember how he would help his mom and I with after school activities. Wow seems like just yesterday. You showed him how to Love and We saw it every time he smiled! I wish we were able to have been there to give you kisses and hugs

Jacob was a much loved young man. He had such a loving laugh and big smile. Although we were miles apart, he was easy to get to know and fun to be around. Jacob will be missed on this earth. My thoughts and prayers are with Tracie, Chris, Wyatt, and Jared. I wish I was able to be there today to hug you. Know we love you.
