Not sure what to say?

Dear Jake, this isn't fair I'm missing you so hard. I will always remember you and there will always be a hole in my heart where you belong. I promise to look out for your dad and make sure he is good. I wish you didn't have to go so soon but I know you are in no more pain. And for that I am thankful that you are free.

My heartfelt condolences to the family of this dear one known as Jacob. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to know him as a friend of my daughter's throughout their school years and beyond. His sweet smile and gentle heart will be greatly missed. May he be at peace and may his family find comfort and grace in his memory.

I am so sorry for your loss. Wishing you peace to bring you comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your heart. God be with your family at this time of sorrow.

We might not of known each other for very long but the time we hung out together was fun rest easy buddy we will meet again

We are so sorry for your loss - keeping everyone in our prayers... RIP Jacob

The Rettig Family,

Words cannot express the sadness I feel. Jake was a wonderful, kind, funny, youngster, that grew into a very nice young man. He always had a smile, especially while harassing me.

Jake was so excited to share his passing of his driver's license and then, coming over in his suit for a school dance. Mom said he looked "handsome".

Hold onto the memories he created in his short life, as tomorrow is never promised.

Jake, I will miss you. I pray for...

Rest in peace Jake

So sorry for your loss.
May God be with you.

Jacob was without question the definition of unforgettable - I'll continue to miss his sense of humor and his unequaled ability to add cheer and character to any room he walked into.

He will be remembered through the lifetime of jokes, songs, and anecdotes he shared.
