Jake was a kind, sweet, caring individual. Full of love and joy. He is deeply missed. I have so many fond memories. Peace to his family and friends.

My deepest condolences for the family 's loss of such a young life. At time like this, when our spirits are crushed, remember that God can be close to us when are heart is broken. May the support of family and friends help during your time of grief.

I wish I had the right words to comfort all of you. My deepest sympathy goes out to all of you. I remember Jacob as a young grade school boy riding his bike or walking pass my house. He was always smiling and respectively said hello every time. My son went to grade school with him. He said Jacob was truly just a nice kid. Jacob's kindness and smile will be remembered. May God comfort all of you during your difficult time.
