I'm so so sorry for your loss:( Jake will be remembered by all that knew him and will live on in so many hearts...

Jake was a wonderful young man and Im sure he is remembered each and every day by his family. Peace Jake!

Dear Siebers Family,
I went to Catholic Central and St. Joseph Middle School with Jake. He was always a ball of energy, when I was in class with him.
It took me awhile to write because I myself suffer from depression due to my epilepsy. Depression is real & I know what it feels like to be depressed even though you are loved.
My deepest sympathies go out to you all, may you find comfort in your memories.

John, Tina, and family,
It is with great sadness that we've learned of your tragic loss. Jake sounded like an extraordinary, special son/brother/grandson in so many ways. Please know we are thinking of you and share our most sincere and deepest condolences. Sincerely, Mark n Renita Schoenbohm

Tina, I am sorry to hear of this news. You taught my Hayley at Catholic Central...thinking of you at this difficult time. Chris Lehrer
