CLOSED-McEwen Funeral Home & Cremation @ Myers Park Obituary

Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free!I follow the plan God laid for me.I saw His face, I heard His call,I took His hand and left it all...I could not stay another day,To love, to laugh, to work or play;Tasks left undone must stay that way.And if my parting has left a void,Then fill it with...

Not sure what to say?

Dear family of Jack's,
I am glad I've had the chance to meet Jack several times. It was a pleasure for sure.
My thoughts are with you.
Greetings,
Carla (Holland)

Knuf, uw LNN.

My dad, Frank Swenson, sends his sincere condolences to Jack's family. He has been honored to call Jack one of his long time friends (60+ years). They worked closely at Homelite, but shared a friendship with many memories. Jack managed to come to Cary, NC, for dad's 90th birthday celebration 3 years ago! He will be missed immensely. Regards to all the family. Sue Fennel

I've known Jack for well over 40 years and had the utmost respect for him as a person and businessman. I was fortunate to know Willie, his children and have had the great pleasure of knowing Pat. Jack had great pride in his family and had a great lady to share his quick wit and wonderful sense of humor. I'll miss him but having known him and to be able to call him a friend has been an honor.
Thoughts and prayers to his immediate and extended family.

Rick - you and your family are in our prayers as your father now has eternal life. Knowing what a wonderful person you are, is a testament to the memories of both your parents. We hope these memories bring you comfort.

Thoughts and prayers are with you and family. looks like your dad was a very interesting person and enjoyed a good life. We are sure you great memories and lessons.
You will see him again. This is just good bye for now!

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

Rick,

My thoughts and prayers for you and your family. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Peace & Love,
Lynn & Britt

I knew Jack for 10 years while working at Homelite-Carowinds and alway enjoyed his company and sense of humor. Jack was a true gentleman who will be dearly missed by both family and friends.
