I used to go to longwood with Jacob. We were in the same class for 3rd grade. I remember I would always have to go to the nurse and take my inhaler and Jacob would go too to check his levels. He was my nurse buddy! We would always joke around and laugh while he drank the juice boxes. He was an amazing friend and loved everyone around him. He will be missed.

Yesterday (11-28-2013) was Thanksgiving Day and we were all together! Jacob was there in my mind, heart and soul! I am grateful for my angel grandchild Jacob and remembering his HUGE HUGS and KISSES - and grandchildren Zak and Alex and all their love and for their mommy and daddy!
