I've grew up with Jake he was a great guy/father had alot of good times and memories with jake RIP buddy

How do I say goodbye? I can't. I will just say 'til I see you again' You live in my heart, my sweet baby boy. Your smile & your laughter remains in my memory & I know you will be waiting to greet me when my soul leaves this earth & returns to Heaven. Rest easy son and know that I love you more than you can imagine.

We're so sorry for your family's loss, Jake was a wonderful soul, filled with love and kindness , he had a hilarious sense of humor and contagious laugh. I will always think of him when the Cottonwood trees bloom. Love and prayers.
