Jacque B. Vail

Jacque was born on January 23, 1928 and passed away on Monday, July 30, 2018. Jacque was a resident of Indiana at the time of passing. Mr. Vail graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Civil Engineering and received an MBA from Monmouth University. Mr. Vail served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS ODAX (SS484). Funeral service Monday 11am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
