Jacqueline Andersen

Ms Andersen was an amazing teacher who taught me public speaking. Ours was the 7.30am class, and I remember how much she spoke about public service, and the Civil Rights movement. She truly inspired me as I had just arrived in the States. My final speech was on international relations and public diplomacy, and Ms Andersen truly supported me, and made me feel so welcome and valued. She also loved my speech, and clapped harder than anyone else!! I think that was the last year she taught before...

She was a great teacher I had in 1967. I'm sorry to hear of her passing. I know, though, she's at peace with God.

Jackie was a wonderful colleague and unforgettable. Period. I would wish that her daughter Jordan could contact me. I'm in the SF phone book.
