Not sure what to say?

She was an amazing teacher. I loved the books she shared with her students. Such an inspiration

Mrs. Foote instilled in me a lifelong love of puzzles and reading, and quite possibly helped set me on my life´s path. Rest.

Mrs. Foote was my favorite teacher, and had such a positive influence in my life. Because of her, I decided to pursue a career in education and also discovered a love of theatre by acting in the school plays that she directed and that we wrote together as a class. I will forever be thankful to her, and strive to continue her legacy with my students as a middle school librarian.

I had her in first grade at Beach School. She was at that time Miss Fatur. She was wonderful.

My "Aunt" Jacquie (which is what I've called her for 55 years) was a presence in my life from my birth. She, Uncle Frank and my dad celebrated every New Year's Eve together for about 50 years. Aunt Jacquie and Uncle Frank fostered my love of animals from an early age (much to my parents' chagrin!) with a subscription to Ranger Rick magazine. Of course as an adult that led me to a houseful of rescue dogs who bring me utter joy daily. My mom was Aunt Jacquie's maid of honor and to this day,...

A great educator who invested so much in her students. I still remember my 6th grade year at Beach school and think of Mrs. Foote fondly. It´s hard to see those who meant so much to your growth pass on, but comforting to know their extraordinary legacy lives on in what you give back to this world.

Thank you, Jacquie for being the mentor and friend that I needed in my career as an educator.

Best teacher in Rocky River!!!

Jacquie was a "good and faithful servant" of Huntsburg Grange #2541, helping with the many community events and as secretary for many years. She will be missed.
