Not sure what to say?

My sincere condolences to the Lauffer family. Mrs. Lauffer was my typing and business accounting teacher at LHS and I will always have fond memories of her classes. She was one of my favorite high school teachers and I would not be where I am today without her, may she rest in peace.

Mrs. Lauffer taught me typing in 1989 or so. She was perhaps the sweetest teacher I'd ever had, and her positivity was refreshing. I've told many people in the past 20+ years that her class was perhaps the most useful to me, as I'm now a writer. Condolences to her family.

So sorry for your loss. Your entire family are in our thoughts and prayers. Sincerely Doug and Carol Taylor

Jackie and Georgia at Peter and Marianne Lauffers home

Have you ever met someone in life who you consider a "soulmate"? This is what Jackie felt like to me. When something was funny, we both laughed and when we talked together, we agreed about a lot of things. I admired her natural ability to transform and beautify her homes and to make you truly feel welcome the minute you stepped in the door. I always looked forward to seeing her, and I will miss her very much.

Dear Peter, Gregory & Jeffrey, I was so very sorry to hear of Mom's passing. In our years together at Lawrence High School, I never saw her without that wonderful smile, a cheerful comment, and a wonderful laugh. May she rest in peace.

George and I were so fortunate to get to know Jackie and Jim while they lived in Wild Meadows. We will always treasure our time spent with them. Your family is in our prayers.

Ms. Jackie defiantly did what she was passionate about. So Sorry for your loss. May God comfort you in your difficult time!
