Jackie Mansbach is fondly remembered as a caring and effective Mathematics teacher at Malcolm X Shabazz High School where I was a coworker with her for fourteen years before she retired from teaching. She showed a respect for her colleagues and students as well.
Long after retirement, she would return to the school to be a part of the departmental events.
She also was a doting mother for her sons.
