Georgine and Mary Ann, My mother and my Aunt Denise Bendick were good friends of your mother. They would sit at Denny's table and talk for hours while we kids played upstairs our outside. Jackie came to several of our family reunions in South San Francisco. I am sorry for your loss, a mother's passing is very difficult. I pray that your memories will help ease the burden. I was very happy to sit with you at Mike Bendick's funeral and talk about your mom and growing up, and neighborhoods....

One of my memories of my Aunt Jackie (and Uncle George) that I didn't understand as a very young child but do now as an adult.
My Aunt and Uncle knew the true meaning of Christ and giving, when they would invite young Navy Serviceman to their house for holiday meals when they couldn't be with their own families.
What a wonderful gift Auntie and Uncle have taught all of us about family, giving, and our faith to carry on today and to the next generations to come.
