Not sure what to say?

Harold and Sonya, Roosevelt and I just want to say God bless and that we will miss Jackie. I knew Jackie for 30 years and she was my Head Nurse for 16 years in the Dialysis Unit.Jackie taught me a lot about survival at the Okc Veterans Hospital. If it were not for Jackie I would still be shy and scared to speak up--She taught me well and I will always cherish the memories of Jackie Neal and the Hemodialysis Unit.I became her lead R.N. and mentored all R.N's coming into the Dialysis Unit.

Colonel Harold and Sonya, Please accept our sincere condolences for the loss of Aunt Jackie. We will always remember her gracious attitude and the kindness she bestowed on us for the samll amount of time we knew her. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Michael & June Ledet

We are very sorry for your loss. Jackie and Harold have always been people that we will cherish in our memories. Bren and Glenda Kindelsperger(Spring Grove Pa)

I come to give God the Glory for Jackie Neal being in my life for over 3 decades plus. Not to mention, Jackie has been a close friend to my mother, Ernestine Brown for 60 years. They both had the priviledge to graduate from Tuskegee University in Nursing and retire from Veterans Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. Additionally, I praise God for the cards she would send my mother down through the years. Next, the calls she made out of concern regarding my mother's health & welfare has not...

I will miss Jackie very much; her telephone calls and her beautiful cards to me for all special occassions. She was very dear to me and I loved her. My thoughts and prayes are with all of the family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
