I have been a resident here at Caton Merchant for 6 yrs. Jackie was one of the most compassionate staff ever to have worked here during that time. We spent time talking to each other about our families and pets. After work she would take me over to the CVS store,as I did not drive at the time. She even took me to Low's for me to buy a small tv set and she carried it to her car. My brother is a resident at Caton Merchant House and she worked on the wing he is on. She was always smiling and showed so much Tender Loving Care (TLC) for the residents. She will be missed. God Bless you and the family.
