Jacqueline "Jaki" T. Therrien, 70, of Manchester, NH, died June 5, 2007 at Hackett Hill Health Care Center, after a period of failing health.
Born in Manchester, NH on June 29, 1936, she was the daughter of Oscar and Blanche (Talbot) Simoneau. She was a lifelong resident of the city.
Mrs. Therrien graduated from Saint Marie High School.
In her early years, Mrs. Therrien worked as an administrative assistant with the Bank of New Hampshire as well as several area law offices. Later, she co-owned and operated the Lantern Restaurant for several years.
Mrs. Therrien was a longtime communicant of Saint Pius X Church.
She was an avid reader.
She was married nineteen years to Joseph A. Therrien. He died February 6, 2003.
Family members include two brothers, George Simoneau of Hooksett, NH and Richard Simoneau of Manchester, NH, several nieces and nephews.
Services: Calling hours are Thursday from 4 to 7 PM at the Connor-Healy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 537 Union Street, corner of Concord Street, Manchester, NH.
The funeral will held Friday with a mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 10 AM in Saint Pius X Church, Manchester.
Burial will take place in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Bedford, NH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Resident Activity Fund, at Hackett Hill Health Care Center, 191 Hackett Hill Road, Manchester, NH 03102.
Local courtesy transportation for calling hours will be provided on request by contacting Daniel J. Healy at 622-8223.
