Glenda and family, my sincere condolences on your loss. I owe my career at Boise State to your mom. She hired me to be Dr. Keiser's secretary back in 1979. That began over 35 years at Boise State. Jackie mentored me in our time together there. The thing I remember most about her was her warm smile and laughter. She loved Boise State, but like Margene said, she loved her family more than anything. Wishing you peace and happy memories.

Glenda and family members: Please accept my condolences at your time of loss. Your mom was a part of my BSU life for 22 years (1973-1995) and I recall and appreciate the wisdom and guidance she shared in my times of need. I cherish these memories and extend a warm hug from afar. God speed and onward on.

Jackie was a dedicated employee at BSU who lived all aspects of the university. If anyone knew her responsibilities they would know that Jackie was the cog that kept the University running smoothly. She was so knowledgeable about all aspects of the University and was a true mentor to me when I joined the Provost's Office. My thoughts and prayers to Glenda and family. Know that when she became a Grandmother--that probably were the best days of her life!
