Jackie, a caring woman with a wonderful sense of humor and a quick wit.
She was never afraid to speak her mind. I will remember her for her warmth and enthusiasm. She loved deeply and shared herself with so many. She showed much courage and grace in these last months. She will always be a special person close to my heart. I count it a privilege to have known her and worked with her.
Farewell, my friend.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to the family of Mrs Franklin,to our participants who loved her, but to all of us who work with her at WIC Jackie was a free spirit, direct, yet loving woman I"ve blessed to have known her
