JACQUELYN JACKET NEPHI Funeral services for longtime Towaoc resident Jacquelyn Jacket Nephi will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 13 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Cortez Cemetery. Visitation has been scheduled from noon to service time at the funeral home. Jacquelyn was born January 31, 1958 the daughter of Alfred Wall Sr. and Linda Jacket in Cortez. She passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016 at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango at the age of 58. Surviving Jacquelyn are her parents, Alfred Wall Sr. of Towaoc and Linda Jacket, also of Towaoc; her daughter, Madeline Gishie (Sebastian T. Yellow) of Towaoc; her grandchildren, Stacey Gishie-Yellow, Jaiceon Nephi, and Kynnidee Nephi; and by her siblings, Lyndrith Wall Sr., Sereta Wall, Douglas Alfred Wall Jr., Orrin Wing, Juanita Wall, and Lisa Jacket, all of Towaoc. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jessica Nephi; and by her siblings, Darlene House, Serenus Wall, Alvin Wall and Alberta Wall.
