Jacquelyn Marguerite Paulson, 19, of Crystal Lake, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, October 18, 2014.

She was born January 7, 1995, in Park Ridge to Margaret (nee Teufel) and the late Dennis Paulson.

Survivors include her mom, Margie Paulson of Crystal Lake; uncle and Godfather, George (Hilda) Teufel; aunt and Godmother, Doris (John) Delgado; other aunts and uncles, Martin and Johnny Teufel, James (Debbie), David (Marcy), and Donald (Darlene) Paulson, and Danny (Sarah) and Dean (Fatima) Kurth; and loved by many cousins and friends.

Jackie was preceded in death by her beloved father, Dennis, in 2011.

The visitation will be Thursday, October 23, from 3-9 p.m., at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake, where there will be a prayer service at 7 p.m.

Entombment will be at 11 a.m., Friday, October 24, at Irving Park Cemetery Mausoleum, 7777 Irving Park Rd., Chicago.
