Jacquin Humberto Cano passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2007, to be with our Lord and Savior. He was born on Nov. 5, 1975, in Huntsville, Texas. He graduated from Huntsville High School in May 1996.Jacquin is survived by his daughter Celeste Abigail Cano and her mother Brenda Gallegos, his friend and companion. Jacquin is also survived by his mother, Silvia Saldana Garcia; father, Juan Cano; brother, Juan Cano Jr.; sister, Blanca Estella Cano; brothers, Carlos Garcia, Matthew Garcia and Miguel Garcia; maternal grandparents, Ramiro and Herlinda Saldana; paternal grandmother, Maria de la Luz Castilleja; paternal grandfather, Gonzalo Cano; maternal aunts, Elia Flores, Gloria Saldana, Cindy Gutierrez; uncle, Jose Saldana.; paternal uncles, Cruz Cano, Alonso Cano, Martin Cano, Ernesto Garcia, Ignacio Cano, Gustavo Cano; paternal aunts, Flora Estella Vasquez and Rosalinda Thomason. Jacquin is survived by numerous cousins and other family members, too many to name.Jacquin’s family will receive friends on Thursday, Oct. 25, from 5-8 p.m. at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be Friday, Oct. 27, 2007, at 10 a.m. at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mark Pickett officiating. Interment will follow at Mayes Addition of Oakwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Juan Cano Jr., Carlos Garcia, Miguel Garcia, Matthew Garcia, Luis Vasquez, Jesse Cano, Steven Cano, and Mark Cano.
