Not sure what to say?

I remember Jaime reaching out to me as when I was a teenager, much like Suzanne had done a few years earlier when my mom worked with her at Child Support enforcement. Jaime took me to a “nice restaurant” - I think it was Houston’s on Rockville Pike. That was a big deal in those days as a I was an only child of a single mom who didn’t visit many restaurants. Suzanne - I am sitting here, 6 and half years too late writing this (in tears) and I’m so very sorry. My mother passed away in 2013 and...

Cousins Dolores Renteria and Jaime Gonzalez

Jaime was born to my godparents, Jaime and Bertha Gonzalez, on May 15, 1959, in Los Angeles (the City of Angels), CA. This angel was loved dearly by his parents. They laid the strong foundation that later would help him develop into the intelligent, disciplined, modest, generous and kind individual that he grew up to be. Unfortunately, his father tragically died when he was 11 years old. Jaime, his mother, and the rest of our family relocated to Tucson. Sadly, his mother passed away shortly...

Cousin Jaime and me at the 2005 Annual Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute Awards Gala, Washington D.C.

To Suzanne Gonzalez, and all the Renteria Family, our deepest condolence to all of you. What a great loss of such a great person and so young. He accomplished so much in his short life. He was called a gentle giant! What a Loving Person he must have been! Even though we never met I send My Prayers to you, and to your wife. May she find comfort and strength in our Lord Jesus, and in all the beautiful memories you shared together.

Jaime, you are missed. I hold memories from growing up together, spending summers together as kids, to hanging out in Junior high, astronomy club in High school to taking J.R. and Dorado to obedience school. We love you cousin/brother.

Love, Gilbert, Becky, Rebecca, Rachel and Rosie

To the family;

May you all find comfort and peace as you bond together in love and cherish the many fond memories of your dear loved one.
