Not sure what to say?

My dear dear friend who I hung out with all the time during his internal medicine residency. I worked in the ER. Trauma nurse I was there when he first started dating his wife I adored and loved him very much. He was my best friend. I went off to get married moved away. He did the same. We lost contact. But he never left my mind. Once I thought I saw him at the airport. And chase a man who turned out. Not to be him. My condolences to Marcy. And those beautiful boys he left behind. He...

Neither time nor space will ever erase the love and affection I hold for you in eternity Jaime. You are irreplaceable.

May God grant me the honor of seeing you again.

I just found out that Dr. Rosa is no longer with us. I met Dr. Rosa while I was in Doctors Hospital in 2004. I was in ICU. I was under his care for 4 months while I struggled to survive. Dr. Rosa was so kind to me. I continued to have him as my primary doctor. I could not understand why my records were moved to a new doctor and why he was no longer in practice.
You should all know I am a live thanks to Dr. Rosa and the Lord God above. A wonderful gift from God, he was to us...

Jaime,

just a reminder that I love you and that I will be with you in spirit, always.

I miss you.

Your Brother,

Ricardo

I have the honor of being Jaime's only brother. No amount of words can ever qualify the abismal void in my soul with my brother's passing. He made it possible for me to follow my wildest dreams and protected me even to his last days. If I should command the respect, love and admiration of half of the people he touched during his life I would have considered my life complete. Brother, you were always the better man and I love you for it. I will see you again Jaime. May God Bless your soul and...

To the Rosa Family,
I would like to say you have my deepest sympathy during this very difficult time and you are in my prayers.
I had the opportunity to work with Jaime at the V.A. Hospital in San Antonio during his Internship and Residency. I was the Unit clerk on ward 6A Medicine. It got very stressful at times and when I was having a stressful day Jaime would somehow make me laugh even when i didn't want to. I will remember him for his sense of humor and professionalism.

To The Rosa Family,
Our deepest sympathies to you during this difficult time. You are in our thoughts and prayers. We will miss Jaime very, very, much. May God bless every single one of you and give you strength during this time.
